Made this amazing soup with some fresh Chanterelle mushrooms last night.. Amazing and so easy.
Fresh Mushrooms from the Comox Valley ..
Things are looking good , almost there.
The finished product.. it was Yummy
There are very few ingredients to this and it takes about 30 min to the finished product.
Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic until the onion is clear.
Add 1 tbsp of flour to the mushroom mixture.
Add 3.5 cups of chicken or vegtable broth and 2 tablespoons white wine.
Bring to a boil and the let simmer for 30 min on low.
Add 1 cup of cream and let simmer for another 5 min. At this time you can add salt and pepper to taste.
I also added some bacon to this , it just made it more decadent.
Serve hot with some warm bread and salad.
